new administration email

I have clicked on the link in the email sent to see back on 8/22 to to confirm the change of my admin email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to be the administrator’s email address. Yet when I reply to people’s comments, it shows ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’, not my gmail address, the original admin address. Can you please advise … did the link to confirm change work? If it did, why is it still showing my frontier email address when I reply to people’s comments? Thanks for your help

This WordPress.com account you’re posting from now pennyshaw8fefeda22e does appear to be using the first email address you mentioned. Is this the username which shows up when you’re replying to comments?
