New and confused…

    Hi!

I have never used WP before, and have no idea what I am doing. I am interested in learning how to see more than 1 page available on my site. I would like to have my “static home page” have functional “tabs” on the top that can redirect to pages like “About Us”, “Services”, etc…but I can’t even figure out how to see the other pages that are already created. It’s super confusing, and I hope I can be helped… :/

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To add to what noirciplume said, if you want to have a website with several tabs for several sections, I suggest you choose a theme other than P2 (which is focused on comments and group discussions).

You cannot post to pages. Pages are static and sit outside the blog structure. Staff have provided help for those who want to structure their blog like a website. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/

    What’s critical is:
    (1) a clear comprehension of the differences between pages and posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
    (2) a clear comprehension of the fact that there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. But we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.

We organize our posts by assigning Categories to them. When we publish a post it automatically appears on the running page for posts and also on the Categories pages and Archives pages. Note: There must be one published post in each Category in order for there to be anything to display.

A custom menu allows you to display Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation where normally only Pages tabs are displayed. If you wish you can also include Pages and custom links in your custom menu as well.

    These are the how-to instructions:

As airodyssey has pointed out P2 is a Twitter like conversational blog theme. It’s not suitable for uses it was not intended for such as designing a company website, so I agree with him – choose another theme please.
