  Hello, it seems like your site dpk.pne.mybluehost.me isn’t hosted here on WordPressdotcom, but with Bluehost. Have you tried contacting their support team’s helpchat directly at https://helpchat.bluehost.com/

  I can see the website. I can search it. The website is faithspeaksout.com. WordPress will not let me customize it. I am just very confused.

  Hello again. This support forum handles assistance to WordPress.com hosted sites and the guidance provided here won’t be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, Go Daddy etc.). Again I suggest to contact Bluehost’s support team.

  Just to clarify, WordPress comes in 2 flavors: the fully hosted WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and the open source WP (org) project at https://wordpress.org This support guide explains some of the differences between the two: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  For general assistance for the WordPress software please see the documentation at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page. You can search the forums there for a similar issue before posting.
