New and need some help

Hi I’m new to this and would really appreciAte if someone could give me some pointers about themes and how to get my blog started. thank you. And I’m currency on an iPod touch.

Hi There!
To change your theme you go to → Dashboard → Appearance you will find this option as well as many more settings via the left navigation bar within your dashboard…You may also find this support doc helpful → Themes Overview

Hi and thanks for your posts. I click activate for the theme and it says it’s the current theme but when I go to the site it’s not the same theme

Which theme should it be? You probably have a cache issue. I see Sandbox.
You won’t be able to tinker with the look of pre-existing themes, INCLUDING Sandbox, unless you purchase the CSS upgrade and already know what you’re doing with CSS. There’s basically no support for it.

No, it won’t. It’ll show the mobile theme. That’s how WordPress.com works; it detects which device you’re using to access it and on mobile devices it uses a special mobile theme. On a computer you’ll see Sandbox.

The process basically clears the internet temp files… The browser stores a cached version of the web page to speed up the loading time… By clearing your browser cache you should be able to see the new theme “Sandbox” because the cached version with the old theme will no longer be in the browsers temp files…

Hey do you know if there is an app for iPod where I could get pictures from sites and create a custom header and backgrounds. Stuff like that. Thank you

I really don’t think designing a website on an iPod is a very good idea; it doesn’t give a realistic picture of what the other users are seeing. And as far as I know, the mobile theme is not customizable, even with the CSS upgrade.
