  Can anyone help me on changing a theme, ive choose one and not keen but cant go back? thanks.

  You had a theme, looked at some others then wanted to go back to the first one?
  Do you remember any of the colours of that first theme?

  There is also a Refresh button at the bottom of the Theme page which you can click over and over to see many of them.

  I dont like any, i want to go back to where i just had a header, im new to this so probably sound stupid as im not sure myself what im doing!

  If you mean the first one that is Twenty ten so you can search for that in themes.
