Hi
Probably your are making a common mistake by confusing pages with category pages.
On quick solution to you case would be to create a Salad Category, you can do it via your post edit area (https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/#adding-categories-via-the-categories-module) and add the Salad Category Page to the menu, replacing the current Salad menu item you have.
You can do it by accessing the Customizer > Menus, and deleting the item salad, and them adding the category Salad in the same menu spot. (clear?)
Hope that helps you. Let’s start from here, and if you have any more questions, please get in touch! :)
happy blogging!

Oh, I forgot to mention that you have to add the Salad Category to the post in question. Need help on that?
-
so I should remove the whole menu I created? And “tagg” in categorye,s instead? Gosh this is so strange and hard :-(
-
It works but it,s a little sad becouse I wanted the meny on the top of the blog. So my followers and visitors could see it.
-
I tried to remove the old menu right now but it,s still there, what to do now? Btw. I have another problem too, I have two wordpress pages, and I only want one of them, how to remove the other wordpress-blog that I don,t use? Sorry, so many questions :-( Thanks for the help.

Hi ettkryddigtkok
sorry for my delayDon’t be sad!! You can add categories pages to the menu!! :D
Actually, you can add anything on the menu! Read the page below carefully.
visit https://en.support.wordpress.com/menusIn order to do that, go to Appearance > Menus, and choose one or more categories on the left side and add it to a menu on the right side, as you probably have done before to add those pages.
If you have any trouble adding that to the menu you currently have, call me again.
Regarding deleting the other blog you don’t want anymore, please refer to https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
BEWARE. A deleted blog address can never more be used, so if you want to keep your address, you can Empty your blog instead of deleting.

I think I,ve done it right but don,t know how. I have a menu now where I can select categoryes and theres “the menu”.
(I,m gonna understand worpress more one day)
I have deleted the old wordpress-pages and it worked :-)
1 more question :)
When I blog or share a recipe with 4-5 pictures, it all harbors to the first page “the Home” page, and I dont want that, I would like to only share the link and one image? How to do that?
-
Hi
I see that you have a dropdown menu with categories on you sidebar (http://snag.gy/NGHdt.jpg) but I want to help you put it here (http://snag.gy/gcwqt.jpg) if you want to.
For instance, check my test blog: https://pedgertestarea.wordpress.com/
You can see the menu, and it has a item called About The Tests that has submenu items.
Please access your https://wordpress.com/menus/ettkryddigtkok.wordpress.com
Here you can see how the menu is configured. On my case, here’s what I see: http://snag.gy/deXTd.jpg
If you click on the + sign near to any item, you can add new menu items, above, below or as a submenu: http://snag.gy/PjNxP.jpg
After that, you can choose a category to be a menu item, as shown here: http://snag.gy/rwEEe.jpgI hope I’m not get things more complicated to you. I liked how your previous top menu was organized, and I want you to achieve that layout again, but now with correct links.
Regarding your other question, I suggest that you take a peek at
https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/excerpts/
and
https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/ -
I have now corrected everything you taught me, and it has been great but now I come across a new problem. I’ve fixed menu, under each heading, for example. “pizza” I have tagged category “chicken pizza” and now I need to get there the “chicken recipe”.
I hope u understand what I mean :-)
(Just like your profile) “About the tests”, You,ve tagged the “clearing floats” ect. -
Hi
The pizza / chicken pizza category has no posts associated with it. Just go to a recipe that you want to categorize, and use the categories box on the left: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/
Also, check https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories-vs-tags/ for differences between categories and tags.In my case, Clearing Floats is a page, and not a post, so it is slightly different. check https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
So, you have a category called Pizza, that has a subcategory called Chicken Pizza. If you click any of these links, you will see that neither has posts associated, and you see the following message:
Sorry, but there aren’t any articles in the pizza category yet.
.
Hope I’m clear on that.
If you need anything else, just ask! :)

problem solved, thank you. I have one more question now, whats the difference between the dark and light “my site”?
You know when I am on my home page and I click on the “my site” I either come to the dark (black) or to the light (white) my site.
I don,t really know the difference but I have discovered that they have completely different functions :-D
which one should I use when I,m blogging? Becouse both of them has the “create a new blog”.
-
It’s quite the same,
The dark top bar you see is called admin bar. Here you have some shortcuts to functions that are present also on the “other” my site.
WordPress has 2 admin areas by now. One is the ettkryddigtkok.wordpress.com/wp-admin, which is the complete administration area
and https://wordpress.com/stats/day/ettkryddigtkok.wordpress.com that is simpler and easier to use. It has less functions, but the most used ones are present there. You can use any, choose the one you fell more confortable.
cheers
