New author cannot log in.

I have a new author who cannot log into my other blog.
What information do you need ( blog name ) but information about the author, i don’t want to put to much into print about his username etc unless you need it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
It doesn’t look like you’ve added the user catdog1806 to your site poetscornerblog.wordpress.com. You can add this user through your dashboard at Users > Add New. Just select the appropriate role for their account.

Thank you for your help, but as i said and i have checked the username is cowdog1806 he has accepted the invite so it must be right, so why can he not sign in.

You’re totally right. Sorry I missed that! I’m not sure why they weren’t added to your user list. I’ll ask our developers to look into it. But I’ve manually added them for you, so you should be all set!

Great! I’m glad it’s all sorted out.
I’m not quite sure why that happened. Like I said, I’ve requested that our developers take a look at what happened. Your invitation went through just fine, but when the other user accepted, they weren’t added to your official user list.
If this happens again, just let us know and we can manually add them, but it seems like it was a momentary fluke and it shouldn’t continue to be an issue!
