New avatars and repeat commenters

  Love the new generated avatars, but they only worked properly the first few days. Now, all of my commenters now end up with the same avatar. This may be related to the fact that I cannot convince my blog that some commenters who are repeats should have their comments allowed without moderation.

  Sorry, this is a two part issue for me: how to fix the auto comments and how to fix the avatars.
