  hi. I need some customer service for a site my band is wanting to migrate from WordPress.org.

  Yes you can migrate your website from WordPress.org to WordPress.com.

  Please see the help documentation if you’re moving from a self-hosted WordPress.org website to WordPres.com: https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/

  You’ll also need a WordPress.com plan to import your website to: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Hi there,

  Can you give some more details on exactly what you’re looking for?

  If you have your own theme or plugins you want to use, that would require our Business Plan, but then you can migrate your entire site as-is using the Jetpack plugin as explained in the link @obt28 gave above.
