New block editor: can’t top-align and text-wrap images

  I switched to the new block editor and am trying to create a page on my blog with a right-aligned image that also aligns at the TOP of the block and (preferably) as text-wrap. Instead, the image is appearing on the right halfway down the long block of text.
  How do I right and top align the image?
  How do I text-wrap around it?
  Alternatively, how do I switch back to the old editor?
