  So I have stared working on a new blog as I was not happy with the one I had at the moment.
  So I have two, on on private so no one but me can see it and my one, natography.net that has a website under construction page.

  I got my URL with another source, and mapped it to wordpress. My question is would I be able to change from the public blog to the one im working on?

  Yes provided you give Staff with the URLs they can move the domain mapping upgrade from one WordPress.com blog to the other. Do that now and I’ll tag this thread for their attention. Then subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  The domain has been moved to natalieisaranga.wordpress.com as requested. You can go to https://natalieisaranga.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php and change the ‘Site visibility’ option to make your site public.
