  I have an existing blog
  can I start a new blog attached to a different email address

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. You can start as many blogs as you like with WordPress.com. To create a new blog under your current username, simply go to the My Sites page or the My Blogs page in the classic dashboard and look for that option.

  However, if you want it under a different email address than your current blog, you’ll need to create a new username account using that email address (log out of WordPress.com and register a new account) and create the new blog while signed in to that account.
