  Hi,

  I started my wordpress blog at the address: http://www.thewifeyscorner.wordpress.com and then about a month ago I upgraded to wordpress.org with new blog name thewifeyscorner.com.

  After setting up the new domain, I made my old blog private so that people cannot see it anymore on dashboard. Since then, I often get notifications that a wordpress user would like to have access to my old blog. Often these are from those I just followed or liked their posts before.

  My question is:
  1. When I liked someone’s post, I guess they see my profile as thewifeyscorner.wordpress.com. Is there a way to update my profile to get rid of the ‘.wordpress’?
  2. Also, since the move I noticed that I never get a ‘like’ anymore, usually I get even few likes for a new posts. Is this also related to the fact that I have a new domain under the same user profile?

  Sorry, I am still very new at this moving thing, so I do still have lots to learn.
