  I just cancelled my old blog ‘rainbowsoverparadise’ and need to know what to do to create a new blog.

  This site has not been deleted and it has domain mapping in place. http://rainbowsoverparadise.com/

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Important note: If you purchased a domain name via wordpress.com Staff need to know whether or not you want to keep the domain name and use it on another site.

  Note that when we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.

  Hi there,

  As @Timethief mentioned, rainbowsoverparadise.wordpress.com is not deleted, for it still has both the premium plan subscription along with the custom domain subscription of rainbowsoverparadise.com attached to the site. In order to delete the site, you’ll need to either cancel or delete the subscriptions. Were you wanting to keep the subscriptions?

  Once you decide on what to do with your subscriptions, if you want to permanently delete your site, please follow this guide:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.

  If you want to hide your site instead (which I highly suggest), you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:
