  Please help. I am computer illiterate but willing to learn. I am trying to set up a blog. I now have an account with WordPress. How do I set up my blog or have I already?

  You can go to the “dashboard” here: http://tatemurphy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  The dashboard is the place to go to change things on your blog. From there, you can add posts (under Posts), or Pages (under Pages), change the look of your blog under Appearance, or change things such as the title and timezone under Settings.
