  Figure out who sees my blog? How do I control who views blog?

  In the general settings for your blog you will be able to view a variety of statistics about visits to your blog and the countries they originated.

  As for controlling who views your blog, I believe you are able to set your blog to private so that only those whom you approve. Or you can ask that your blog not be displayed through search engine results. These settings can be accessed here.
