I have 6 blogs and now would like to start another blog but with a new username so separate from my other blogs – is this possible?? I will have the same email address but a new username so how do I start this? Thank you

It’s not possible to have two accounts using the same email. You will want to create a new account with a different email address and a different username.

I now have a new e.mail etc but was about to open a new FREE blog, but seems like it is not FREE, so not sure I want one as there won’t be much to write about now with Covid, stuck in 1 place. I am looking for a FREE blog – no payments at all- preferably Word press. Can you advise me. If not possible then how do I delete this site etc Sorry for all the questions etc

Those blogs haven’t launched yet. to launch them and start publishing content, please follow these instructions:

Thank you for the reply. I have followed the settings and have 1 blog now – sail2homesa., did the header etc. I also was told to get a new email address which I did, ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) you then asked me to verify the address but now outlook does not verify and I don’t know how to go about getting microsoft to verify this new address. I have a hotmail account but I wanted a new mail address for the new blog. Do you know how I get in to verify this account with outlook, just seems to go round in a loop.
I decided to open a gmail account but now that seems to want me to start all over with the blog and I don’t want to do that. -

I don’t think I have a verification link, (Is this TXT by phone)?? as we don’t have a phone I have a hotmail account but wanted a new separate Outlook account for the new blog. I filled out the new address, password and personal things and Outlook said accept. But I don’t know how to start mail on this account, can’t find how to, have asked Outlook, but just seems to go round in a loop. I unfortunately decided to then start a new Gmail account and filled in (username – pacific4indian) new address and new title all which I don’t want as that means starting all over with another blog. I just want to keep (sail2homesa and Pacific2Indian and same email address outlook and same Password. All so difficult. PLEASE can you help- I just want to continue with my blog.

I see that you have changed the email address for this account from Outlook to Gmail. You should have received a verification email at your Gmail address. If you’re not seeing the verification email please check your spam folder.

Thanks for the reply. I went to Gmail – asked If I want to change my outlook address to G.mail- NO. I started the process to get another address but then saw I would have to start over with the new name and blog. So I don’t want another address, I have the blog going and just want to continue on the same blog and address. Do you know why Microsoft is so difficult to just verify an account. 3 days now and nothing. I would like to keep as it was- Pacific2Indian and sail2homesa. Thanks

I’m really not sure what’s going on with Outlook; maybe they filtered it?
If you wanted to use the “same” gmail address for both accounts, though, you could use an alias. It sounds tricky, but instead of this for the new account:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)Use this:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)You can make that +1, +whatever, +doesnotmatter … whatever letters or numbers make the most sense to you. The new username would be ideal.
Gmail will ignore the plus sign and anything after it. But we won’t, so it’s in effect a second email account that delivers to the same address.

To remove that banner, you need to upgrade to any of our paid plans. That banner is displayed on all our free websites.

Hi – Back again- This is all so different to the old wordpress sites. Anyway I would like to know why My Home Page says page Invalid and what does this mean and how do I correct this. Thanks again for all your help

Then, use a service like Snipboard.io to upload the screenshot and then share the image link from that service here and we’ll take a closer look.

I am not sure what I set the Home Page to as I changed it twice, When I go to customizer then Menus – Primary – it says Invalid. I always seem to get this page all wrong. I clicked on Your Home page displays your latest posts. At first I clicked on A static page then back to home page., for latest posts. Don’t know if this is a problem now.

This is happening because you have deleted the page titled Home. You can still retrieve it if you want as it’s in the Trash. Here’s a direct link to your trashed pages:
