New blog built separately but incorporated into existing blog as supplement?

    I want to set up a new Blog and use it as a special section within my existing Blog, a monthly magazine mpnforum.com hosted at WP.com. I want this new Blog to have its own theme and “insert it” as a page in the monthly magazine so it is a seamless experience for followers. That is: Create the page in New BLog and have it appear in MPNforum.com via a link to the page. I want my Custom Design upgrade to apply. Should this be set up as a separate domain or just a new Blog under MPNforum?
