New blog, convert old followers

    I am wondering how to bring my followers from minougirl.wordpress.com to minougirl.com
    I downloaded Jetpack.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s) into a support forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. .     Hi there, I transferred your followers to your new blog at minougirl.com, as requested.

    Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.

    Help! I changed my blog address, but it is still with wordpress. I must have missed a step. My blog followers are no longer listed as following my blog at my new blog address. How do I get them back? Is it even possible?

    @ tsinternational1 – I see that you changed the blog address for several of your WordPress.com blogs. Can you please start a new forum thread so we can keep track of your support request? Please include the address of the blog you’re concerned about, and add the tag modlook to your forum thread. Thanks!
