New blog doesn’t work

A week ago I opened the site https://updownitaly.wordpress.com/
than I linked this page with my profile at Linkedin.
Till today when I or somebody else want open the link this is from my page at Linkedin this is the result

Can you help me to know what is going wrong?

I’m afraid I don’t understand what the issue is. Can you perhaps give a link to the LinkedIn post so I can look at it there?
If you connected the site to LinkedIn via the Publicize feature, that feature is designed to automatically share new posts you publish to LinkedIn. So every time you publish a new blog post on the WordPress.com site, it will create a new post on LinkedIn, with a link back to the specific blog post.
From what you described it sounds like that’s what happened, in which case everything is working the way it’s supposed to.
If instead you want a link to your website’s homepage to appear in LinkedIn, you do that by adding your website URL directly in your LinkedIn profile. That’s just a regular link, and doesn’t work through a direct connection between your site and LinkedIn.

That site doesn’t belong to the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here. For us to give any more specific help with that site, we’ll also need you to please reply here with the WordPress.com account that owns that site.

When you open the the both posts you are sent at the wordpress pageLooking at the menù with the list of my sites with wordpress (some to be deleted because I no more use them) the site updownitaly.wordpress.com is signed as “non disponibile” (i.e. not available)

Ah, the problem is that you haven’t launched your site yet, so the public, and that includes LinkedIn, cannot see its contents: https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#launch-your-site
