  I want to post tutorials and document but not sure about content copyright etc….

  Well, that’s not a WordPress issue. If you have created the tutorials, you own the copyright. If you haven’t, and you haven’t been authorized to repost the materials, you can’t post it.

  I found many post that wordpress disable the blog due copyright issues, is it correct ?
