New blog link not working.

  I’m trying to set up a new blog by following: wordpress.com -> My Blogs -> Create New Blog but the link isn’t working. It takes me to a page that takes ages to load before eventually giving me an “Error loading page” message.

  Is this to do with the recent UK ISP blocks or is this something else?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
