New blog post being displayed at bottom of my front page

  Hello,

  When creating a new blog post I no-longer have the option to display my most recent blog at the top of my front page.

  I’ve just created a new blog however it’s on my front page by right down the bottom instead of up the very top.

  Can someone please let me know how I can make all my new blogs feature at the top of my front page?

  It looks like WordPress has changed the options when creating a new blog as I seem to be missing a few tick boxes in the modules section.

  Please help!

  How many sticky posts do you have? Read this please https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts and know that they display at the top.

  Go Back and Edit Posts to remove the sticky designation.

  Create a Post

  I no longer have the “Sticky Posts” option anywhere in the “More Options” dropdown in the Edit blog page. I used to just tick this option and my blog would appear at the top of my front page but now I no longer have this option when creating a new blog and now all my new blogs are at the bottom of my front page which is annoying me. I want all my new blogs to be at the top of my front page.

  It looks like maybe WordPress has changed the layout a little bit. I’m just needing to know how I can make all my new blogs appear at the top of my home page now instead of down the bottom. Given I dont have the Sticky post option anymore.

  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. ( I did that for you.)

  Hi @Shane,

  Try clicking the arrow next to the draft or published status. You’ll see a toggle for sticking to the front page. Just change that and save.

  Also, I noticed all of your posts are sticky. I’d recommend just letting them use the normal latest-first flow unless you have a special reason to sticky everything. Let us know if you need more help!
