We had some unexpected downtime yesterday morning. If the post was published during this time, the emails would not have been sent.
Can you share the link of the post that failed to share?

It was published this morning, Tue 11th Oct.
I haven’t had any previous issues with subscribers getting the new post emails and couldn’t find any issues my side so would really appreciate your help!

It posted just fine on the site. Just the email didn’t go out.

I checked our records and the emails do not seem to have gone out to the email subscribers as you mentioned.
Can you reset the post to draft mode and then republish it. Let me know after you do this and I’ll check the email records again to see if it worked.

I did indeed do as you said however no emails have gone out.
The problem still persists unfortunately.
Any other ways to fix this?

There may be an issue with your Jetpack connection.
Can you disable the w3 total cache plugin on the site? Then reset the post to draft and republish again.

I did that… still no emails :( I literally didn’t change any settings so have no idea why it stopped working!
Must i reactivate that w3 cache plugin now?
