New blog posts not on top?
-
I’ve created my website with a static front page and a few other pages, including a “blog” page. When I create a blog post the new post does not appear at the top of the page for some reason but only after my first post. How can I change this (and how is that not a default setting to begin with)?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That means you first post has been made a sticky post and you need to edit the post https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#go-back-and-edit-posts and remove that visibility setting https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

Thank you for your advice but unfortunately it didn’t help – I checked the post’s settings and it has not been made into a sticky post.
Maybe it’s just a bit buggy, I also spent ages trying to create a static page by clicking “pages – add” and it kept on making a blog post, and vice versa.
