  I am now using Quentin by Mike Purdy. Everything looks just great! The one thing that
  I lost when I switched was my personal header, this template did not include one. Future plans to add more
  beige or tan backgrounds with the great text (easy to read) layout?

  I doubt that they will change anything on that theme. I would imagine that if they add more themes of that color scheme it will be minimal, but if you understand CSS you can upgrade and do some beige and tan themes yourself ;)
