New Blog question… How do I increase traffic?

  Hi, I’ve made a new blog at http://withmalice.wordpress.com/ , and as with all of us, I’d like it to be successful! ;)
  Are there any lil’ secrets/tricks/ideas to get more traffic running through there?
  Maybe it’s mainly because it’s oh-so-new, but if I’m doing anything wrong, I’d like to know now – so I can at least maximise it’s potential.

  Do a search for ‘promote’ as it gets asked nearly once a day around here. There’s a FAQ on the subject as well I believe. I also wrote an article on the subject over at http://pimpmyblog.wordpress.com

  Come to think about it, it’s linked to in the FAQ sticky as well. I had forgotten about that.
