New blog, same URL

  I want to start a new blog using my URL puella63.wordpress.com, so I want to delete all contents of the present blog.
  Blog url: http://puella63.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go onto your dashboard for puella63.wordpress.com. Then hover over Tools which is located on the left hand side of the page and click on Delete Blog.

  No don’t delete the blog: if you do that, you’ll never be able to use its URL again.
