  First off, welcome to WordPress! There are some great resources to help you find ways to get your name out there. Check out “Getting More Views and Traffic“, which provides a bunch of helpful tips to get your blog swarming with traffic!

  Furthermore, the Community Pool is a great place for new bloggers to get feedback from veterans as they learn and grow.
