New blogger – Deleted “Hello World!” page

I seem to have inadvertently deleted the Hello World page, which seems like the home page of my blog. How can I either:
1) get it back/create a new home page
2) assign a home page status to one of my pages?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The hello world message is an example of a post. The post page by default is your home page, you can get a new “homepage” by creating a new post.
