New Business account incomplete

    I got out of the setup process without completing it and adding my credit card information and now I am unable to complete the process. I am receiving an error message to contact hostgator the hosting company I just left from. I don’t want to use a new email I hope this account can be started over.

    Are you trying to set up a site here on WordPress.com? Or are you trying to set up a WordPress site hosted at Hostgator?

    It looks like you’ve already created a site with us, https://goodforthebodygoodforthesoul405300784.wordpress.com/, and you’ve upgraded that site to our Pro Plan. You’ve also added a domain transfer upgrade, but you haven’t started the domain transfer process yet.

    If that’s what you’re trying to do, you need to log into your account at Hostgator and do two things: 1) unlock your domain for transfer, and 2) request a transfer code for your domain. Please contact Hostgator support directly if you need any help with those steps.

    Once you’ve done those things, go to Upgrades ->Domains here on WordPress.com, click on the pending domain transfer, and enter the transfer code when prompted.
