New Categories Not Showing

  I am seeing text changes I made to my posts but my site won’t display a new category when it’s created. It shows up just fine on the admin side.

  I added ‘History’ under the parent ‘Education’ on the home page.
  I emptied cache on wp and in chrome yet it won’t display. I turned off all plug ins and then reactivated.
