New category I created does't appear under its parent category

  I just created a sub-category under the parent category, ‘Desserts’ – (‘Gluten Free Desserts’ ) but rather than appearing as a sub category, its listed with all the other categories in ABC order. How do I move ‘Gluten Free Desserts’ so that it appears directly under ‘Desserts’?

  Go to Appearance > Widgets, open the Categories widget you have added, check the option “Show hierarchy”, save.
