    You’ve posted in the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. It also appears you’re already in touch with WooCommerce support and they replied to your message earlier today.

    Please keep your correspondence in that email as they’re the ones who would be best able to advise.

    Of note, WooCommerce does not have specific “sales staff” so any questions you may have can be answered in part by the support team.
