New .com website tags not showing up on reader!!

    Hey everyone, my name is Miranda and I currently (with the help of a third party site builder) switched from a .wordpress.com act to a self hosted Ipage .com account. I was able to get all of my posts, followers, and previous comments transfered to my new .com site but now my new posts don’t show up on the tags features of the wordpress reader.

    I still go through wordpress to write and publish my posts and they show up to my new website just fine but literally none of the tags transfer to the reader so nobody knows I’ve posted. Its quite frustrating and I’m just not sure whats wrong. I called somebody from wordpress customer service but he just didn’t know.

    Any ideas?? Id greatly appreciate any help!

    Hi there,

    Tag search in the Reader will only show posts from sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

    You still use WordPress.com to create posts because your site is connected here via the Jetpack plugin, but your site is not hosted on our servers, so your posts will not appear in the tag listings in the Reader.
