new comment at the top / not the buttom

  How can I place a new comment fiel above the excisting comments?
  Would be great if you can help me.

  sorry – sure:
  elpueblo-mallorca.eu
  then: mainmenue/Bewertungen
  then: you have to klick “56 Kommentare” to open all comments
  and …
  the new field to write a comment is at the end/button of all comments.

  I want this new field at the top.

  For help with this one you’ll need to visit https://wordpress.org/support/

  That is the community forums for sites that use the stand alone WordPress installation. This is different form using WordPress.com. More details about that can be found on this page if you are interested: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  From what I can see, this domain was registered at www.strato.eu and the Name Servers are docks03.rzone.de and shades19.rzone.de.
