New Comment notification to commentators

  How do I add a box, “notify me of new comments by email,” for those who comment on my posts? I see this on other WP blogs and want it to be a feature on mine., Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to > Dashboard > Settings > Discussion and scroll down to:
  Follow Comments
  __Show a ‘follow comments” option in the comment form
  Follow Blog
  __Show a ‘follow blog’ option in the comment form
  enable and then click “save changes”
