  Hello Support. HELP. I recently purchased a new computer. I thought I could log in by using my user name and/ or e-mail address plus my WordPress password. Doesn’t work. I cannot get to my files. Do I have to download the WordPress program again to access my web site? Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. I have been down due to my new computer for over a week and certainly need to post.
