  I have a new computer but it wont display everything despite downloading wordpress and woocommerce. What am I missing??

  Hi there,

  Changing computers should not make any difference to your site, as your site’s files are hosted on our servers, not on your computer. That also means you shouldn’t need to download anything, and in fact neither WordPress nor WooCommerce can be downloaded and installed directly on your computer – you either need a computer specifically configured as a web server, or special software that lets you install it on a virtual server to do that.

  I do notice the account you’re using to post here is just a subscriber on the site, http://commit2more.com.au/, not a contributor, so you won’t have any admin access on that site. If that’s what you’re looking for, make sure you’re logged in as the account that owns the site, marleysmarketplace. Then you’ll also have access to the live chat support included in the Business plan.
