  Hi,

  I updated the credit card. Will WordPress attempt to charge again and how soon? Our site is down and we need it up ASAP.

  When you click on Sign Up it does not take you anywhere but a blank page

  I see a form that has fields to be completed. I clearly see it using a PC running windows 10 and FF52.

  Make sure you are running an up to date browser version found at https://browsehappy.com

  Try using another browser.

  If you are not successful please provide this specific info:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account, so you won’t be able to add any payment details.

  The Premium Plan and domain on your site belongs to the user, danelia2015. Only that user can update payment information for the upgrades on that site.

  I’m not sure what the mailing list URL has to do with this. That page is not on WordPress.com, and we’re not able to help with issues on that form.
