New Credit Card

    Hi

    My credit card was stolen, but I have now registered a new one, but I can’t use it seems. I only get this message:

    This subscription was originally purchased by another user. Please ask the subscription owner to renew the subscription.
    One or more transactions linked to this site were refunded due to a contested charge.

    The error message indicates that the upgrade was purchased by a different user of your blog.

    You can ask them to login to https://wordpress.com/me/billing using their credentials and update the credit card details at the end of the Billing History page.

    Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
