When you tried to take a payment from the credit card we had logged with you, it didn’t go through, as it was an old credit card belonging to an admiministrator who had left. I have updated our profile with a new administrator and a new credit card, but can’t access any billing history and can’t get any confirmation that you will now use the new credit card for payment.
