  I really wanted to use the theme I found here. Is it possible to get this added to WordPress?

  Also understand that wordpress.ORG and wordpress.COM run on different software so if the wordpress.COM Theme Staff do choose to introduce that theme it will have to be adapted to be able to run on wordpress.COM software. That means that even if they agree it will not be instantly available, and not all features the wordpress.ORG version has will neccesarily be included.
