  I am currently working on a loaner lap top while mine is in the shop. I need to start building my website, but I notice that you download files for this from WordPress. I was wondering if I needed to wait until I had my computer back or can I start building my website on the loaner lap top and then will I be able to access and finish building it on my lap top when I receive it. This is the only thing holding me up on what to do on bldg my website.

  Apps are available but if you want to build a site here at WordPress.com you can do so without downloading anything. You can build a site that will be hosted on WordPress.com servers and accessed via your browser. Make sure you create the site with your own email address and don’t auto save the password on someone elses equipment. And write your password down so you can access your site when you get your own equipment back.
