I want to purchase the premium package but have a few questions first. 1) If I am not satisfied, can I get a refund? 2) Once I purchase the the premium package, will it still ask me to pay for the themes because right now each one has a price listed with it. 3) Do you offer free support for customers or is that an additional charge?

1) If I am not satisfied, can I get a refund?
– Yes, you can have it within 30 days of the purchase date, and 48hrs for the domain.2) Once I purchase the the premium package, will it still ask me to pay for the themes because right now each one has a price listed with it.
– Unfortunately no, the Premium plan don’t allow you to use all Premium themes, only the Business plan have unlimited access to all themes.3) Do you offer free support for customers or is that an additional charge?
– Yes, after you get a Premium plan, you’ll have access to support by ticket and chat without any additional charge.Regards.
