    Firstly, you are using an old email – should be: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    Secondly, you have charged my private credit card & NOT our Company one.
    Thirdly, our business name is not hyphenated – it is one word: LAMBSMEAD.
    Lastly, can you credit my card & I will send you deatils of our business card.

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into, so we can’t help you with this in the free support forums.

    If you have the transaction ID from that charge, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the account, then WordPress.com support can help you from there including processing a refund, changing your card details, and updating your email address. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:
