Where is the Dashboard drop-down menu?

  Hi wordpress-
  I love the new look of the dashboard, but i miss the drop down menu for new posts/drafts (upper right side). Now there is not an easy way to go directly to all drafts without returning to main dashboard page, then clicking again. For example, i like to type drafts of posts then go back and forth to other drafts quickly. Can you bring this button back, please?
