  I don’t love the new toolbar for the dashboard at the top of my blog. Is there any way to go back to the old one?

  No, I’m sorry but this is the new navigation bar which is found on ALL wordpress.com blogs. There is no reversion option, and there is no option for each wordpress.com blogger to have a unique navigation bar of their own choosing. If you want that ability then may I suggest that you consider hiring a web host and setting up a wordpress.ORG install on your own domain?
