New domain

  I have a blog that I started on a domain provider and have decided to change providers. Here is what I need it to be able to do:

  Work on WordPress.org
  Cpanel or ftp for CSS and/PHP access
  Have chat location for current subjects
  Have location for prior chats (I’m estimating monthly)
  Be able to resize images
  Have email
  Have newsletter
  If possible, automate informate (last month chat info, moved with calendar date)
  User information only to have over 18 and username and password
  Access for user to receive updates, emails from admin, send to admin suggestion box
  I would like to ask questions for assistance on the site and get answers, both via email and chats
  Packages that are available to fit the above needs with pricing
  If there are an assortment of different packages that would work, the benefits and cons for them

  I am sure there are things I may not remember from the previous provider that I would like to include and I am open to suggestions and more questions for clarification. It is a site that will be for chats on multiple different subjects, some good, some bad, some positive, some controversial.
