New domain

  I accidentally set up a new blog on this old account. I meant to set up a new account so I deleted the domain from this account and now I can’t use the new username to set up a new account. Am I out of luck?

  Unfortunately it won’t be possible to use that *.wordpress.com address.

  However you can absolutely register a new domain name (like example.com), and you can probably find something quite similar to what you wanted. :)

  To do this, sign into the WordPress.com account that you wish to use, and then visit:

  https://wordpress.com/start/
